Ráðstafanir vegna COVID-19

Til að bregðast við því ástandi sem skapast hefur vegna heimsfaraldursins Covid-19 munu FÉSTA bjóða þeim sem lenda í tímabundnum tekjumissi vegna aðstæðnanna aukinn greiðslufrest á 25% hluta af leiguverði fram til 30. júní, þ.e. af leigu í apríl og maí.

Eldri gjalddagar eru óbreyttir. Greiða þarf inn á húsaleigukröfuna að lágmarki 75%. Þeir sem kjósa þetta úrræði þurfa að hafa gert upp allar eftirstöðvar 30. júní 2020. Er það skilyrði fyrir endurúthlutun á haustmisseri 2020. Reglur um uppsögn á leigusamningi eru óbreyttar.

1. Húsaleiga aprílmánaðar - Greiða þarf að lágmarki 75% inn á kröfu á eindaga. Eftirstöðvar greiddar fyrir 30. júní.
2. Húsaleiga maímánaðar - Greiða þarf að lágmarki 75% inn á kröfu á eindaga. Eftirstöðvar greiddar fyrir 30. júní.
3. Öll eftirstandandi skuld skal vera uppgerð 30. júní.

Með þessari ákvörðun er FÉSTA að veita greiðslufrest á 25% hluta af húsaleigu apríl og maí vegna aðstæðnanna.

In response to the situation created by the pandemic Covid-19, FÉSTA will offer to those who suffer temporary loss of income due to the circumstances will be given the flexibility to pay 75% of the rental price in April and May, and pay the 25% before June 30.

Previous due dates will go the traditional way through the billing process. Those who opt for this recourse must have paid their outstanding debt on June 30, 2020 before commencement of lease agreement renewals. The termination notice remains unchanged.

Further clarifications:

With this decision FÉSTA is temporarily relieving full rent payments due to the circumstances.
